The 2025 Jaguar XF is known for its smooth acceleration and responsive handling, attractive design is a reminder that Jaguar knows how to style a car properly. The driver will have no problem seeing the front of the XF, the thin windshield pillars mean there are few obstructions at junctions.
Likewise, the front side windows are deep enough that roundabouts and T-junctions don’t bother you at all. However, the rear pillars are quite thick, obstructing the view over the driver’s shoulder. LED headlights are standard on all trims, but upgrading to the R-Dynamic SE trim also adds high beam support. Meanwhile, Pixel LED lights are also available as an option; these can remain set on high beams even when the road is not clear to you, adapting their light output so as not to dazzle other road users.
SF is featured with a turbo-cylinder engine turbocharged, but this engine has two powers: the P250 models produce 246 hp, while the output of the P300 has increased to 296 hp. The Jaguar XF’s performance is adequate, but it’s far from best-in-class, especially in this segment where rivals often offer a six-cylinder engine as an upgrade. The rivals like the BMW 5 Series, Genesis G80, and Mercedes-Benz E-Class are all closer to the cutting edge.
2025 Jaguar XF : Interior
Inside, the 2025 XF has a spacious cabin with enough space to keep rear passengers comfortable. The center console houses a wireless smartphone charger and several storage compartments. Power-heated front seats and a power steering column with a heated steering wheel are standard. All models also come with dual-zone automatic climate control. The XF’s trunk is a decent size. Jaguar equips every XF with an infotainment system called Pivi Pro, which operates via a striking 11.4-inch touchscreen with curved glass. While Pivi Pro isn’t perfect, it responds faster and creates fewer problems than the company’s previous systems.
The Jaguar XF once stood out in its class in terms of payload capacity, the current version is much worse. At just 10.5 cubic feet, the trunk is the smallest it’s tested in the mid-size luxury class, and its high floor and low ceiling make it unusable for many mid and large-sized items. Likewise, storage space inside the cabin is very limited. There’s enough space in the rear seat to fit a child’s car seat, but the small door openings can make loading a large rear-facing seat difficult, also, be careful not to lose the removable lock covers.
