The 2025 Jeep Grand Wagoneer is a large three-row SUV from Jeep. The 2025 Jeep Grand Wagoneer comes with eight passenger seats and is available in four trim levels: base Wagoneer, Series II, Series II Carbide, and Series III. All 2025 Jeep Grand Wagoneer versions have a turbocharged 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The Grand Wagoneer drops the Series II equipment level, leaving the Series II Obsidian as the only mid-range offering between the Series I and Series III. Obsidian has the same look, but the Obsidian package can be added to the higher-end Series III to get the same look. Stellantis’ Hurricane engine, a 3.0-liter twin-turbo six that makes 510 horsepower and 500 pound-feet of torque, is now standard on all Grand Wagoneer models and was previously only available on L trims. Fuel economy isn’t as advanced, and the Grand Wagoneer shows plenty of thirst despite ditching its big V-8 for a turbocharged inline-6, traction is excellent though.

Inside, the Grand Wagoneer has one of the best interiors in its class by far, matched only by the Cadillac Escalade and Lincoln Navigator. Fold the L’s rear seats down and you’re looking at 89 cubic feet, compared to 71 in the standard GW. There is real walnut or aluminum trim and screens up front and screens throughout. The interior also features “Easter eggs” inspired by the original Grand Wagoneer, including an old-school two-wire steering wheel.

In addition to adjustable ambient lighting, most Wagoneers offer a head-up display, a rearview mirror with a camera, and a rear-seat monitoring system that displays a video feed on a central touchscreen. The jeep’s instrument panel is covered with screens. All models feature digital instruments and a 12.0-inch central touchscreen. Below it is a 10.3-inch touchscreen that controls the HVAC system. The top two trims also have a 10.3-inch touchscreen for front-seat passengers. Jeep SUVs has redundant navigation and audio controls or can stream entertainment.

The standard features include a subscription-based Wi-Fi hotspot, wireless Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto, and three rows of USB ports. Second-row passengers get another 10.3-inch touchscreen between the captain’s seats; Opting for the rear-seat entertainment system adds a pair of 10.1-inch touchscreens. Every Grand Wagoneer has a powerful McIntosh stereo, but the Series II Obsidian and Series III have a more powerful 1,375-watt unit with 23 speakers.

The 2024 Grand Wagoneer has a 510-horsepower twin-turbo six-cylinder engine that makes the SUV run more eagerly than makes sense given its size. That’s enough power for any type of driving you can do in this Jeep. The 2024 Grand Wagoneer gets an EPA-estimated 14 mpg city and 20 mpg highway, these are poor marks for a large luxury SUV.

The 2025 Grand Wagoneer comes with adaptive cruise control, parking assist, and night vision with pedestrian and animal detection. While adaptive cruise control with lane-keeping assist is standard, Jeep doesn’t offer true highway driving technology like Cadillac’s Super Cruise or Lincoln’s ActiveGlide.
