The Mini Aceman 2026 model will replace the Clubman, which is rumored to be discontinued at the end of the current generation cycle. The Aceman will be positioned under the larger Countryman SUV class. Participants will be able to purchase a smaller model of this car in the same package. The production version of the Mini Aceman will be unveiled at the Beijing Auto Show in April 2024.

The Mini Aceman comes with only two battery-electric powertrain options. Four different trim options will be available: Essential, Standard, Preferred, and JCW. The Aceman shares design elements similar to those of the Cooper J01 and Countryman. The front and rear matrix lights feature three different modes of LED graphics. It has matte black lower sills and standard roof rails, more like a crossover SUV than a tall hatchback.

2026 Mini Aceman : Interior

Inside, the 2026 Mini Aceman cabin is the epitome of stylish minimalism, identical to the Cooper J01. The 9.44-inch touchscreen is the only interior that features the car’s many features. The dashboard is covered in woven material and the door cards are made from recycled polyester. There are only a few controls on the dash, and most commands are buried in the circular infotainment touchscreen. Patterned fabric covers most of the interior, including the dashboard and door panels.

Minis have long had a round screen in the middle of the dash, but on the Aceman the round screen is fully digital. This panel serves as the instrument display and infotainment screen and uses the latest Mini software interface, which offers many customizable features. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto will be standard, and there’s even an option to download video games to the system to help pass the time at a public charging station. The Aceman’s smaller size means less interior space than the Countryman, especially for rear-seat passengers, and cargo space behind the rear seats is limited.

2026 Mini Aceman : Engine

The Mini Aceman was designed as an all-electric vehicle that reflects the brand’s commitment to sustainability and modern drivability. The 218-horsepower electric motor driving the front wheels is 90 more horsepower than that found in Mini’s other electric crossover, the Countryman Electric, although the Aceman’s smaller size and lower weight will make up for the difference. A smaller 54.2 kWh battery pack may be the only battery offered on the North American version of the Aceman. Aceman will support a variety of charging methods, including fast charging, reducing downtime, and increasing user-friendliness.

2026 Mini Aceman : Safety

Mini offers one of the better warranty programs compared to its competitors, and the company also includes a significant number of free scheduled repairs. The Mini Aceman has been designed with a strong focus on safety, with advanced features to protect passengers and pedestrians. It’s expected to include technology to help drivers such as adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist, and emergency braking that improves overall safety. The structure of the vehicle may be designed to protect against an impact, using stronger materials to absorb the force during a collision. Additionally, Aceman aims to meet or exceed safety standards in various crash tests, providing a safe driving experience while incorporating features such as pedestrian detection to improve safety in urban areas. All in all, the 2025 Mini Aceman EV combines an outstanding product design with compliance with modern safety standards.
