The 2024 Aston Martin DBX is a mid-size luxury SUV produced by British luxury car manufacturer Aston Martin. The 2024 Aston Martin DBX is the first car to be built at Aston Martin’s new facility in St Athan, Wales. The 2024 DBX will be a Formula One Medical Car, joining the Mercedes C63S AMG Estate Medical Car. The DBX Clinical Vehicle has a British Racing Green livery with neon yellow accents. The DBX is built on its own dedicated, Vantage-related platform. Like other Aston Martin models, it is made of aluminum panels and extrusions. The engine and infotainment technology are borrowed from Mercedes-Benz.

A 48-volt electric active roll system counteracts body roll under hard corners, and the car comes with five driving modes: automatic GT, Sport, Sport Plus, Terrain, and Terrain Plus with extra access mode. In China, the M256 3.0-liter turbocharged I6 from Mercedes-AMG has an output of 435 PS (320 kW; 429 hp) and a torque of 520 N⋅m (384 lb-ft). Overall, all the changes allow the sporty crossover to accelerate from 0-60 mph (0–97 km/h) in 3.1 seconds and a top speed of 310 km/h (193 mph). These changes also affected the suspension and steering. At the rear of the car is a carbon spoiler and splitter, and a four-barrel exhaust system. The base of the car is equipped with 22-inch wheels as standard and 23-inch wheels are available as an option.
