Inside, the interior of the XT4 is comfortable and spacious, but it is not as high quality as expected in this premium segment. The dash and upper door panels are covered in stitched, faux-leather trim, cheaper and sharp-edged plastic remains on the bottom of the doors and center console. The buttons and switches look and feel as if they would be shared with cheaper offerings in the General Motors portfolio. The space for those sitting in the front seat is quite large, and there is also enough space in the back seat.

A built-in Wi-Fi hotspot with access to the internet via a 5G connection, a seven-speaker stereo system and dashboard navigation are standard, A 13-speaker AKG stereo is optional.
