2025 Acura ZDX
The 2025 Acura ZDX or 2025 Acura ZDX Type S is Acura’s first all-electric SUV by Acura. The performance variants of the Acura Type S will continue to prioritize the driver experience in the electric future with the ZDX Type S. Acura will continue to be the spearhead of electrification and digitalization for American Honda. Acura will also launch with a ZDX Type S variant as the brand continues to focus on putting the driver experience first.

The 2024 ZDX Type S will be the first manufactured model to incorporate many of the pattern’s design layouts of Acura’s new design direction, unveiled at Monterey Auto Week in the form of the Acura Precision EV concept. The design of the 2025 Acura ZDX concept is interesting, with a floating roof, flat sides of the body, and an illuminated grille that includes a narrow yoke-style steering wheel and a transparent infotainment system.

The Acura ZDX will come with modern ev interior design than the Precision EV Concept car. The concept’s yoke-style steering wheel will likely be replaced with a regular circular steering wheel, the seating arrangement is likely premium interior materials, and possibly some eco-friendly textiles to add to the ZDX’s green appeal.
2025 Acura ZDX Type S
The ZDX will use Acura’s existing software interface controlled by a touch panel or a version of GM’s new Google-based system. Either way, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto with wireless integration will be as standard, and hope Acura’s signature ELS stereo system will also be available. The all-new 2025 ZDX will feature the first integration of Google* onboard for Acura, providing a connected and personalized driving experience.

An enhanced version of Google Maps for EV drivers optimizes route plans for recharging, locates charging stations along the route, and estimates the charging times required to reach your destination. The all-electric ZDX will also feature other intuitive technologies such as wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™* compatibility, Google Assistant, and a wireless smartphone charger.
2025 Acura ZDX : Engine
The 2024 ZDX Type S will come with an electrical motor, which is being developed with GM using the highly flexible global EV platform powered by Ultium batteries. Acura ZDX gets the same 102.0-kWh battery pack, the battery will provide up to 312 miles of driving range like the Cadillac Lyriq. Acura will introduce further EV models based on the company’s own global e: Architecture from 2026.
