2025 Buick Wildcat EV
The 2025 Buick Wildcat EV Concept is an electric concept car introduced by Buick. Buick Wildcat EV heralds the first of the brand’s electric vehicle series. The Buick Wildcat EV concept was unveiled on June 2, 2022, alongside the Buick Electra-X Concept. The insides of the shields feature colored “swooshes” that retain the old logo’s red, white, and blue color scheme. The Wildcat EV takes its name from the full-size car of the same name, which was derived from the Buick series of concept cars.
The Wildcat EV Concept shown this week shows us the stylistic direction the company intends to take with its electric models. Unfortunately, we are not talking about a future production model, especially since we guess that we will mainly be offering utility vehicles, not cars. Styled as a 2+2 coupe, the Wildcat EV concept stands out with a forward-sloping nose, a trapezoidal grille, and hook-shaped headlights and taillights. The Wildcat concept also shows us the new Buick logo.
The first glimpse of Buick’s all-electric future car with the Wildcat concept, a dynamic coupe that will be the first in the Buick Electra line of electric vehicles. The Wildcat establishes the design language that Buick will use for future models, with squat, jutting lines, and some cues from Buicks of the past. The Buick logo also received its first update since 1990, with all three shields now stylized and horizontal to each other. The Wildcat and Electra lineup will be built on GM’s Ultium platform, with similar range and performance.
