2025 Chrysler Pacifica : Interior
Inside, the Pacifica offers a stylish, luxurious interior that feels particularly luxurious with its premium Pinnacle trim. Upscale Limited and Pinnacle models come with taller center consoles that blend more seamlessly with the dash, giving them a more SUV-like feel behind the wheel. The ultra-luxury Mercedes-Maybach S-class last visited our office. Pacifica’s standard Stow ‘n Go seats offer less padding than its rivals. Blame it on the fact that these chairs are supposed to be compact enough to fold into the floor of the van.
Chrysler standard captain’s chairs, with the second and third-row seats closed, managed to fit 53 pieces of carry-on luggage inside. A built-in vacuum cleaner is available as an option, but it takes up space that could otherwise be devoted to an optional mini spare tire. Chrysler’s Uconnect 5 infotainment system is displayed on a glossy 10.1-inch touchscreen framed by climate control vents on the van’s dashboard. Pacifica has Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration and a Wi-Fi hotspot that can connect wirelessly.
The optional rear-seat entertainment system provides dual touchscreens to keep kids calm and can be used with Amazon Fire TV, providing access to movies and TV via built-in streaming apps. The Pacifica’s cabin features up to 12 USB ports, including USB-C type ones that offer faster charging speeds for smart devices.
2025 Chrysler Pacifica : Engine
The 2025 Pacifica is powered by a 287-horsepower 3.6-liter V-6 and a nine-speed automatic transmission. The Pacifica Hybrid produces less total horsepower from a 3.6-liter V-6 and two electric motors backed by a 16.0 kWh lithium-ion battery pack. In our testing, the Pacific Hybrid needed an extra 0.5 seconds to reach 60 mph compared to its more powerful relatives. The Chrysler Pacifica’s maximum towing capacity is 3600 pounds.
A minivan needs to be fuel-efficient as well as space-efficient. The Pacifica Limited delivered an impressive 31 mpg on our 75-mph highway fuel economy route. The Pacifica Hybrid can run up to 33 miles on an electric motor and is rated at 84 MPGe combined. Around town, it matched the EPA’s 33-mile range estimate. On the highway, the Pacifica Hybrid managed 23 miles of electric-only driving before the gasoline engine kicked in.
2025 Chrysler Pacifica : Safety
The IIHS gave the comparable 2024 Pacifica its Top Safety Pick+ designation, National Highway Traffic Safety Administration gave the front-wheel-drive 2024 Pacifica an overall safety score of five out of five in the rollover test. The Chrysler all-wheel-drive Pacifica receives an acceptable overall safety rating and five stars in frontal and side crash tests. 2025 Chrysler Pacifica standard driver assistance and safety features include adaptive cruise control, rearview camera, rear parking sensors, forward collision warning with pedestrian detection, rear seat warning, blind spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, forward automatic emergency braking, automatic high beams, lane departure warning with lane keep assist, front parking sensors, surround-view camera system, hands-free parking assist and emergency vehicle alert system (EVAS).
