2025 Infiniti Q50
The 2025 Infiniti Q50 is a compact executive car produced by Nissan under its luxury brand Infiniti. Infiniti Q50 was launched to replace the G/Q40 sedan, it is the export model of the V37 Nissan Skyline for the Japanese domestic market. Although the savings sacrifice performance and legit luxury elements, it’s still better than overpaying for the 400-hp Red Sport 400, which will and will likely be surpassed by both the Audi and the Bimmer. Almost everything about the sedan either creaks with time or betrays a lack of inspiration. The infotainment system does both. The 2025 Infiniti Q50 looks like a fresh, driver-oriented sedan, like the entry-level Genesis G70 and the Kia Stinger, or the venerable German Iron Guard. The Q50 typically offers a well-appointed interior with premium materials, comfortable seating, and a variety of luxury amenities. Quilted leather is beautiful, but the mix of textures and lines in the cabin doesn’t pass the eye test for luxury. Analog instrument clusters and split infotainment screens belong to another era. Above-average front legroom makes the rear quarters cramped. The 2025 Q50 is about the same size as its rivals, but cargo capacity is below average and the interior lacks useful compartments.

The 2025 Infiniti Q50’s dual-screen infotainment system allows various applications to be displayed on the upper or lower screen, allowing for more modular use. The display touch response is fast, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are included, and seven devices can be paired to the Q50’s Wi-Fi hotspot. Otherwise, the system begs for modernization. the higher resolution and brightness would be welcomed. And the amazing controls are the result of Infiniti embedding a second screen into the existing system. The upper screen can be controlled by touch or via the control knob on the center console, while the lower screen is touch only.

Every Q50’s twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V-6 hides in the front compartment. The engines in the Luxe and Sensory trims produce 300 horsepower, and the Red Sport 400 produces the 400 horsepower stated in its name. On all trims, output goes to the rear wheels through a seven-speed automatic transmission, or to all four wheels when equipped with AWD. Gear shifts are quick and barely noticeable. The all-wheel-drive Infiniti Q50 went from 0 to 60 MPH in 5.0 seconds in our testing. The sportier Q50 Red Sport went from 0 to 60 quicker at 4.5 seconds.

The Infiniti Q50 doesn’t guzzle fuel, with the most economical rear-wheel-drive trim estimated to earn 20 mpg in the city and 29 mpg on the highway. Opting for AWD or the Red Sport 400 shrinks those figures by one to three mpg. The Infiniti Q50 tested the all-wheel-drive Red Sport 400 on our 75-mph highway route as part of our comprehensive testing regimen, and it beat its EPA rating by one mile per gallon with a result of 27 mpg. But the turbocharged six-cylinder engines in rivals like the M340i and G70 are much more efficient at highway speeds.

The Infiniti Q50 offers plenty of driver-assist technology, including adaptive cruise control and automatic high beams.
