The 2024 Isuzu MU-X is a mid-size SUV manufactured by Isuzu. The 2024 Isuzu MU-X is an over-the-counter SUV based on the Isuzu D-Max and the successor to the Isuzu MU-7. The MU-X comes with up to six airbags, hill descent control, traction control, and electronic stability control. The vehicle gets its power from a 1.9-liter turbo diesel engine. It produces 161bhp and 360Nm of maximum torque. The transmission is driven by a six-speed automatic and can be in both 4×2 and 4×4 appearance. The available features are useful in the off-road environment, the 2024 Isuzu MUX combines useful plastics with passenger car comfort trim. The door panels are durable, the instrument panel is clad in soft-touch material and the cabin has plenty of glossy black and alloy accents. The cupholders in the instrument cluster are effective, and the regular glove box is complemented by a smaller unit just above it. The 2024 MU-X takes forward the aggressive dash, which the automaker calls eagle-inspired styling. All 2024 Isuzu MU-X models come with the same 3.0-liter four-cylinder turbo diesel engine as the D-Max UTE, producing 140kW and 450Nm. The 3.0-liter engine in the 2022 Isuzu MU-X uses the claimed 7.8 L/100km in the combined cycle for the 4×2 models and the claimed 8.3 L/100km for the 4×4 models. Thanks to the extra weight on the rear tires, the MU-X has good off-line traction and sprints from 0-100 km/h in 9.7 seconds. In 4×2 models, it is sent only to the rear wheels with a six-speed automatic transmission. The 4×4 adds an interchangeable high- and low-range all-wheel drive along with a locked rear differential. It is automatic only, as in the 4×2 model.
