2025 VinFast VF7

The 2025 VinFast VF7 or 2025 VinFast VF 7  is Vingroup’s electric compact crossover SUV manufactured and marketed by VinFast. VinFast was the first product to be introduced at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES), along with the VF 5 and VF 6. VinFast was designed by General Motors’ senior exterior designer Lee Jae Hoon. The VF7 is the first Vietnamese compact EV SUV that it will sell in the US, and the automaker is expected to join the EV SUV lineup in the US in 2024.

Performance figures were not provided, other than 201 horsepower and 228 pound-feet of torque for the VF7 Eco and 349 ponies and 368 pounds of twist for the VF7 Plus. The Eco model has a single-motor, front-wheel-drive configuration, while the Plus model has a dual-motor, four-wheel-drive configuration.

VinFast claims that the VF7 will support DC fast charging, allowing you to top up a significant portion of the battery in a short time. Overall, VinFast VF7 engine options look promising. VinFast offers generous 10-year/125,000-mile warranty coverage to help allay any fears that come with taking the risk of purchasing an electric SUV from an unknown brand. Limited warranty covers 10 years or 125,000 miles, powertrain warranty covers 10 years or 125,000 miles, and battery components are covered for 10 years regardless of mileage.
